She loves helping clients bring their events to life and suggesting extra elements that take them to the next level. After work, you can often find Jenny out walking, at the gym or bingeing crime series on Netflix. On weekends, she enjoys daytrips and the occasional cocktail with friends and family.
Mike McCloy
Senior Account Manager
Mike McCloy
Senior Account Manager
Mike has been with Maximillion since 2017 and boasts more than a quarter-century’s experience of events, sales, marketing and business development. After cutting his corporate teeth in Edinburgh’s financial services industry, Mike took to the hills and lochs of Perthshire to learn the dark arts of delivering safe and fun outdoor events.
This was character-building stuff and the perfect preparation for donning multiple hats at Maximillion, including leading many of our operational projects and sales and marketing initiatives. Mike enjoys jumping from boardroom to warehouse and from desktop enquiries to final delivery. Outside work, he loves bagging hills and running over wild terrain – followed by celebratory refreshments with pals in a suitable public house!

Originally from Malaysia, Ramu is our financial whizz. He takes care of all the numbers – including management accounting, payroll and invoicing. Ramu’s been in management accounting for four decades, a large chunk of it with Maximillion, and combines numerical expertise with an in-depth knowledge of 80s pop.
Most of the time, he’s chained to his excel sheets and finance forecasting tools, but when we let him go, he loves cooking, gardening, a spot of Formula One and spending time with his wife and kids.

He enjoys working with vastly different clients and venues and meeting new people at every event. Outside of work, he loves rugby and other sports, along with the finer things in life and a bit of banter. On a typical Sunday afternoon, he can be found trying out a new café, bar or restaurant around Edinburgh or taking a walk through the city’s vibrant New Town.

Passionate about the events he delivers. Ross also has a passion for spending time outdoors, especially with his true love, Tara the springer spaniel. Just don’t tell Demi, his wife!

She enjoys working on “partnership” projects, where open and honest relationships ensure that we deliver what’s expected. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys keeping active, be it with sports (tennis and horses mostly these days), cooking and increasing her nutritional knowledge or spending time catching up with friends and family.
