Galvanise & Grow

Ultimately, every business is a people business. That means your team is what matters most.

We understand all the challenges involved in turning a group of talented individuals into a tightly knit team. So we’ve developed a whole range of activities to get your people to blossom and bond — whether that’s over an evening, a day or a full weekend.

Indoor Events

We all love the great outdoors. But you can also fire up your team while staying warm and dry.

Whether it’s making chocolates, solving puzzles or taking on an indoor Highland games, we’ll help you boost morale and bond — whatever the weather.

Outdoor Events

Blast away those cobwebs with a dose of fresh-air fun. The great outdoors is where it all began for us, and we’ve built up a wealth of challenging activities to take your team to their limits.

From searches to survival, we’ll get your people out of the office to bring out their best.

Evening Events

Want a work night out with a difference? Let us help you out.

From mixing your own cocktails to blazing away as a band to solving a murder mystery — whatever you choose, we’ll make sure you have an evening to remember.

Virtual & Hybrid Team Building

Sometimes it’s hard to get the whole team together. But we’ve developed a suite of virtual and hybrid events to help you over the geographical hurdles.

Our virtual activities will get your team on the same page and in the same room — even when they’re oceans apart. Or we can put together a team-building experience that offers you the best of both worlds — a hybrid of in-person and remote.

What’s on the radar right now? Here are some of the eye-catching events we’ve got on the go.

Maximillion ran the Urban Adventure for our teams with the activity run in Edinburgh city centre and the feedback has been nothing but positive. The activity brought teams together from different offices and different business areas and was a great way for everyone to get to know each other in a fun and informal activity.

Sarah and her team have proved invaluable to the organisation of our flagship event held in London. We partner with leading physicians from across the world to bring the latest thinking in cardiology to the participants, who come from many countries. This requires a team that operates to a high standard and can offer an experience that all involved remember. A foundation of this is the attention to detail, and a drive to get it right – mostly hidden from all when working well, but very obvious if not done. I have no hesitation to recommend Sarah and her team if you have an event you wish to deliver a the highest standards. The Optima team sends all our thanks to them.

Very well organised in the lead up and on the day of the event. Clear communication throughout! The team delivered a fantastic Highland Games event on the day that everyone enjoyed. Thanks to Mike, Rhys and the team!

Overall Maximillion were fantastic to work with, they were really flexible and happy to work within our event timings and budget. I had several planning calls with them in advance so felt safe in their hands.

The InterGen Summer Event 2024 was an unforgettable day! This could not have happened if it was not for the brilliant team at Maximillion. Their attention to detail, organisation skills and fantastic hosting/MC’ing on the day of the event was brilliant. Massive thank you for making our team building event the highlight of 2024.

Intergen

Everyone had a really good time and loved all the different levels and variety that Level-Up brought. Maximillion always provide an excellent event and guide you through the organising process with clarity, confidence and advice.

Davidson Chalmers Stewart

Like many other professional service providers, we are often metaphorically ‘spinning plates’ and ‘juggling’ competing priorities, so it was great for our team to try these challenges in real life. We discovered hidden talents and it reinforced that working as a team and providing a supportive learning environment are key to delivering an excellent result. Thank you to Maximillion for your support and encouragement during this fun event, as well as for your professionalism in pulling together a slick activity for 220 people.

Lee Hamill, Director of Finance

Thank you to Mike, Ross and Sandy from Maximillion for the team building in the afternoon, murder mystery that evening, Belbin Team Roles next morning, a fantastic team building session in the afternoon and, finally, a great barbecue that evening provided by Norton House. Although some of us were a bit slow of the mark the second day, the same positive attitude and enthusiasm from day one prevailed and I think we all got something out of it. It was clear to me that everyone was communicating and working together better by the end of the afternoon.

The Lego Serious play event was a great hit with all of our Scotframe participants. Such a great way to get everyone involved and really work as a team.
