We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Lake District. Jenny & Rhys are extremely easy to work with and made both our Wednesday evening boat cruise and Thursday team building events, evening meal and band fun and enjoyable for all who attended. We would definitely use them again.Thank you Maximillion.

Ross and the team at Maximillion were an absolute pleasure to work with and played a HUGE part in the success of the Phoenix Leadership UnConference 2023! From the very beginning Maximillion embraced the relaxed feel of this year’s conference and helped bring our vision to life! From a bespoke centre stage to Lego figurines, beanbag seating to branded sticky notes – everything was planned and executed to the highest of standards and myself and the wider team could not be happier! Maximillion have delivered many events for Phoenix Group, they are an extended part of the team and we honestly couldn’t deliver the events like we do without them!

I could not be happier with how the event was organised in the months preceding the event and how it was managed on the days. Sarah and her team were both efficient and delightful to work with. I also had positive feedback from my co-host colleagues and a large number of delegates. I am in fact already in dealings with Maximillion again, in preparation of a new international meeting. I highly recommend Maximillion and Sarah Esslemont for leading and organising meeting.

Like many other professional service providers, we are often metaphorically ‘spinning plates’ and ‘juggling’ competing priorities, so it was great for our team to try these challenges in real life. Sarah and her team have proved invaluable to the organisation of our flagship event held in London. We partner with leading physicians from across the world to bring the latest thinking in cardiology to the participants, who come from many countries. This requires a team that operates to a high standard and can offer an experience that all involved remember.
