Festive Challenge Chest

Maximillion was great! They were responsive and accommodating and we would definitely use them again.

Everyone had a really good time and loved all the different levels and variety that Level-Up brought. Maximillion always provide an excellent event and guide you through the organising process with clarity, confidence and advice.

Thank you to Mike, Ross and Sandy from Maximillion for the team building in the afternoon, murder mystery that evening, Belbin Team Roles next morning, a fantastic team building session in the afternoon and, finally, a great barbecue that evening provided by Norton House. Although some of us were a bit slow of the mark the second day, the same positive attitude and enthusiasm from day one prevailed and I think we all got something out of it. It was clear to me that everyone was communicating and working together better by the end of the afternoon.

Maximillion ran the Urban Adventure for our teams with the activity run in Edinburgh city centre and the feedback has been nothing but positive. The activity brought teams together from different offices and different business areas and was a great way for everyone to get to know each other in a fun and informal activity.

As always, seamless operations of the event. Very flexible working with you guys. Guests were delighted. Everything went super well. Well done Mike and Rhys!

Like many other professional service providers, we are often metaphorically ‘spinning plates’ and ‘juggling’ competing priorities, so it was great for our team to try these challenges in real life. We discovered hidden talents and it reinforced that working as a team and providing a supportive learning environment are key to delivering an excellent result. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Lake District. Jenny & Rhys are extremely easy to work with and made both our Wednesday evening boat cruise and Thursday team building events, evening meal and band fun and enjoyable for all who attended. I could not be happier with how the event was organised in the months preceding the event and how it was managed on the days. Sarah and her team were both efficient and delightful to work with. I also had positive feedback from my co-host colleagues and a large number of delegates. I am in fact already in dealings with Maximillion again, in preparation of a new international meeting. Just a note to say thanks for all your help with the Yamaha event last week. It went very well, and the client was very happy. I know she was a bit worried just because of experiences at other venues around the world where things have not gone according to plan. So for us to arrive and see it all set and ready to roll, put her mind at rest.
