Sarah and her team have proved invaluable to the organisation of our flagship event held in London. We partner with leading physicians from across the world to bring the latest thinking in cardiology to the participants, who come from many countries. This requires a team that operates to a high standard and can offer an experience that all involved remember. A foundation of this is the attention to detail, and a drive to get it right – mostly hidden from all when working well, but very obvious if not done. With restrictions in place that curtailed our previous plans for the company’s 50th anniversary we were delighted to find a great alternative and a team well-equipped to deliver an event for such a significant milestone. The Maximillion team worked closely with us, making suggestions and sharing ideas to help make our virtual away day celebrations a real occasion. Jenny takes the time to understand our vision and goals for each event and consistently exceeded our expectations through close partnership and honest, transparent communications. Building a partnership that has become an extension of our core in-house team has resulted in innovative ideas, handling challenges with ease, and seamless event delivery from the whole team.

Maximillion ran the Urban Adventure for our teams with the activity run in Edinburgh city centre and the feedback has been nothing but positive. The activity brought teams together from different offices and different business areas and was a great way for everyone to get to know each other in a fun and informal activity.

Just a note to say thanks for all your help with the Yamaha event last week. It went very well, and the client was very happy. I know she was a bit worried just because of experiences at other venues around the world where things have not gone according to plan. So for us to arrive and see it all set and ready to roll, put her mind at rest.

I could not be happier with how the event was organised in the months preceding the event and how it was managed on the days. Sarah and her team were both efficient and delightful to work with.
