Overall Maximillion were fantastic to work with, they were really flexible and happy to work within our event timings and budget. I had several planning calls with them in advance so felt safe in their hands.

From the very beginning Maximillion embraced the relaxed feel of this year’s conference and helped bring our vision to life! From a bespoke centre stage to Lego figurines, beanbag seating to branded sticky notes – everything was planned and executed to the highest of standards and myself and the wider team could not be happier! I could not be happier with how the event was organised in the months preceding the event and how it was managed on the days. Sarah and her team were both efficient and delightful to work with. Your team on the night for installation were on time, super efficient and gave clear guidance on usage of the games and when I called to say we’d finished early – returned quickly and dismantled with the same efficiency.

Like many other professional service providers, we are often metaphorically ‘spinning plates’ and ‘juggling’ competing priorities, so it was great for our team to try these challenges in real life. We discovered hidden talents and it reinforced that working as a team and providing a supportive learning environment are key to delivering an excellent result.
