I just wanted to say thank you so much to you and your team for organising a truly memorable Christmas party for the JAA clan. We had a fabulous time and the activities and events you suggested really hit the spot in terms of being accessible, entertaining and fun. I would highly recommend you all for any corporate event in Scotland!

Thank you to Mike, Ross and Sandy from Maximillion for the team building in the afternoon, murder mystery that evening, Belbin Team Roles next morning, a fantastic team building session in the afternoon and, finally, a great barbecue that evening provided by Norton House. Although some of us were a bit slow of the mark the second day, the same positive attitude and enthusiasm from day one prevailed and I think we all got something out of it. It was clear to me that everyone was communicating and working together better by the end of the afternoon.

Maximillion ran the Urban Adventure for our teams with the activity run in Edinburgh city centre and the feedback has been nothing but positive. The activity brought teams together from different offices and different business areas and was a great way for everyone to get to know each other in a fun and informal activity.

I received emails from the participants saying how much they enjoyed the event. Our HR manager stated he would use Maximillion again. Many thanks for all your effort.

Like many other professional service providers, we are often metaphorically ‘spinning plates’ and ‘juggling’ competing priorities, so it was great for our team to try these challenges in real life. We discovered hidden talents and it reinforced that working as a team and providing a supportive learning environment are key to delivering an excellent result. Thank you to Maximillion for your support and encouragement during this fun event, as well as for your professionalism in pulling together a slick activity for 220 people.

Jenny takes the time to understand our vision and goals for each event and consistently exceeded our expectations through close partnership and honest, transparent communications. Building a partnership that has become an extension of our core in-house team has resulted in innovative ideas, handling challenges with ease, and seamless event delivery from the whole team.

After multiple attempts to run this course we got there in the end. Huge thanks to Mike for his flexibility in enabling the course to be rescheduled it was very much appreciated. I believe that the course was exactly what we needed and very timely, I am already aware of conversations and commitment to changing behaviours across the team already, so it definitely struck a chord. I really like Mike’s delivery style, he brings a wealth of experience and brings the training to life, keeping delegates engaged throughout, which can often be challenging. I left the course with lots to reflect on, both from a personal and team perspective and feel motivated to build on what we learned.

Everyone I met was so helpful, reassuring and knowledgeable. The event was run seamlessly and the team made everyone relaxed which encouraged everyone to participate fully. Team building can so often be an uncomfortable day away from the office, but Maximillion just made it so much fun. I had heard good things about you all through the previous work you have done for us but it was great to see that first hand. It was such a pleasure to work with you and we are all already looking forward to the next one!

Just a note to say thanks for all your help with the Yamaha event last week. It went very well, and the client was very happy. I know she was a bit worried just because of experiences at other venues around the world where things have not gone according to plan. So for us to arrive and see it all set and ready to roll, put her mind at rest.
